Our company has contributed to the success of several medical devices in the field of aesthetics, in engineering the ideas of doctors, entrepreneurs and start-up companies, creating a working prototype, and at a later stage in the full creation of the products.
The process begins with examining the idea from its engineering aspect, and understanding the special needs of the medical team in the procedure. In collaboration with the doctors, our team of medical device engineering experts is required to examine issues such as the required constraints, biocompatibility characteristics, and sterilization capabilities.

Project:
Juventus
Project description:
A medical device for facial rejuvenation using an implant with many anchor points, which operates in a minimally invasive procedure. It is a unique product for restoring the appearance of the face after loss of firmness, laxity and wrinkles. The use of the device is safe, less invasive than facelift surgery, has a lower risk of complications and enables a quick recovery.
Key points in the engineering solution:
We designed and engineered the applicator (gun) used to insert the implant under the skin.
Special considerations in the design of the conductor were:
>> Ease and convenience of use.
>> Absorption shock that ensures stability in the hand of the plastic surgeon.
>> Finding the exact spring force to inject the implant under the skin without causing physical damage.
>> Strength and durability of the device to bear the force of the spring.
>> Close cooperation with Medical Murray, an American company specializing in the decomposition and decomposition of the material (biodegradables) from which the implant is made.
Dealing with critical stages in the process:
>> Performing preliminary experiments on animals
>> Performing experiments on human corpses
>> Analyzing test results and making design adjustments.
